Hokua's residential specialists, RS for short, have clearly set a new standard for lucury condominium resort style services in the Sate of Hawaii. They are honored and privileged to serve the residents, guests and patrons, 24 hours a day, 7 dyas a week. Every RS undergoes academic nad filed training to test their skills, including learning Hokua's mission and values. Their training is on-going through weekly safety and security classes.

Hokua is famous for the superior services to its resdidents.  The Resdiential Specailist also contribut to the community, e.t. the RS have recently been credited to saving the life of a motorist passing by Hokua and catching an attempted robbery suspect.

The General Manager Grant James reports that the Ala Moana Hotel has been doing various campaigns to promote the hotel: having a major campaign in Japan with HIS, hosting hotel meetings for the 2007 Travel Weekly Leadership Forum with over 250 travel agents and trave lwriters, having Ala Moana featured in Australia for the upcoming "6th Annual Duke Fest," and TV promotion.
