The Ilikai hotel could close its doors early next month if the owner’s New York lender stops funding operations, according to a motion filed by its court-appointed receiver.

Anderson group holds only 25-30% of the building. The vast majority of condos in this building are not part of Anderson group, therefore, they will not be affected in the same way. The condo owners will still be able to live there with less lobby traffic and the investors can still use other companies to market and manage their units.
